Cendawan Hitam Tumis Halia

BAHAN-BAHAN:

300 gm cendawan hitam (rebus)

100 gm halia (hiris halus)

4 ulas bawang merah (hiris kasar)

8 ulas bawang putih (hiris halus)

3 sudu besar sos tiram

1/2 sudu kecil minyak bijan

2 sudu besar kicap cair

1 sudu besar kicap pekat

 

CARA MENYEDIAKAN:

1. Tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang merah. Kemudian masukkan halia dan tumiskan hingga sebati.

2. Masukkan sos tiram dan cendawan.

3. Biarkan mendidih, masukkan kicap pekat, garam, kicap cair dan minyak bijan.
