Sotong Sumbat Percik

BAHAN-BAHAN:
6 ekor sotong putih (bersihkan)
300 gm beras pulut
400 gm santan kelapa
BAHAN KUAH:
100 gm halia (kisar)
100 gm bawang kecil (kisar)
100 gm bawang putih (kisar)
100 gm serai (kisar)
5 tangkai cili merah (kisar)
150 gm kunyit hidup (kisar)
50 gm daun kunyit (hiris)
200 gm gula melaka
CARA MENYEDIAKAN:
1. Rendam beras pulut sekurang-kurangnya tiga jam.
2. Masukkan ke dalam sotong.
3. Sematkan hujung sotong dengan lidi.
4. Panaskan santan dan rebus sotong sehingga masak.
5. Panaskan kuali dan tumiskan kesemua ramuan kuah percik.
6. Tumiskan sebati dan masukkan sedikit santan.
7. Masukkan gula melaka dan daun kunyit.
